SHIPPING POLICY
The school store is unable to provide shipping at this time. Any items purchased online may be picked up by students during regular school store hours (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30AM-10AM, 3:00PM-4:30PM). Parents may also arrange pick up if necessary.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Drew's Online School Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 7 days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Please note, refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
